In the civil ruling of the case of Application for Determining the Validity of an Arbitration Agreement between No.3 Mechanical Plant of Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd, and Ningwu Branch of Shanxi Compressed Natural Gas Group Xinzhou Co., Ltd, the parties agreed on the jurisdiction of the arbitration commission in the place where the contract was concluded.

However, the parties agreed upon two places where the contract could be concluded. Since there were arbitration institutions in the both two places, the parties actually agreed upon two arbitration institutions. Where the parties could not agree on a single arbitration institution, the arbitration agreement should be deemed null and void.
