The Catalogue for Classification of Internet Audio-visual Program Services (for Trial Implementation) entered into force on 10 Mar. 2017.

The Notice clarifies the classification of Internet audio-visual program services. The enterprises engaging in Internet audio-visual program services shall obtain the Licenses for Spreading Audio-Visual Programs via Information Network issued by the regulatory authorities, and engage in the business categories listed in the license.
