Fire and Rescue Ranks Regulation was promulgated in 2018 and entered into force on October 27, 2018.

1.Fire and rescue ranks are titles and insignias that show the status and mark off the different ranks of fire and rescue personnel.(Article 3)

2.Fire and rescue ranks shall be conferred on in-service personnel of integrated fire and rescue teams who are members of the administrative establishment of the state and under the unified leadership and management of the emergency management department of the State Council.(Article 2)

3.Fire and rescue ranks are classified respectively by management and command personnel, professional technicians and firefighters.(Article 6)
