The applicable period of the new energy vehicle subsidy policy will be extended to the end of 2022. In principle, the subsidy standards for 2020-2022 will be reduced by 10%, 20%, and 30% on the basis of the previous year.
The price of new energy passenger vehicles before subsidies must be less than 300,000 yuan (including 300,000 yuan). However, in order to encourage the development of a new business model of “ Battery Swap Mode “, vehicles with ” Battery Swap Mode” are not subject to this price restriction.
In 2020, the Chinese government will not adjust the energy density and other technical indicators of the power battery system, and will appropriately increase the minimum requirements for the energy consumption of new energy vehicles and the pure electric driving range of pure electric passenger vehicles.
