SPC formally established China International Commercial Court in Shenzhen and Xi’an on July 1.

In accordance with Article 14 of the Provisions, where the parties agree to submit their dispute to arbitration by an international commercial arbitration institution brought into the “one-stop” international commercial dispute resolution mechanism established by the CICC, they may directly apply to the CICC for a ruling on the preservation of property, evidence or conduct, and for setting aside or enforcement of an arbitral award.
