Several Provisions on Regulating Patent Application (the Provisions) were promulgated on 27 Aug. 2007, and have been revised in 2017, and the latest revision entered into force on 1 Apr. 2017.

There are seven article in total, which aim to regulate the abnormal patent application. For example, one applicant submits multiple identical, plagiarized, fabricated and randomly generated patents.
