The Notice on Regulating the Use of Internet for Printing Operations entered into force on 1 Aug. 2007.

The Notice can be divided into 7 parts. It aims to regulate the use of the Internet to quickly provide services for a different place, long-distance, and personalized printed products to society. According to the Notice, the enterprises operating the business should obtain a printing operation license and abide by the printing industry’s regulatory rules.
