The Opinions on Guiding and Standardizing the Orderly and Healthy Development of Mobile Online Education Apps were issued on 10 Aug. 2019.

The Opinions are divided into 5 parts, totaling 20 articles, which aim to supervise the application of mobile online education apps (hereinafter as “apps”), so as to avoid the abuse of apps by schools, the monopoly of market by platform-based enterprises, the mandatory use of apps and the spread of harmful information via apps.
