The Judicial Interpretation of the Arbitration Law mainly involves the following three issues.

First, with regard to cases concerning confirming the validity of arbitration agreements, it lays out provisions on the confirmation standards, the independence of arbitration agreements, and the jurisdiction of disputes over the validity of arbitration agreements.

Second, with regard to cases concerning applying for nullification of an arbitration award, it stipulated the conditions for nullification, the scope of re-arbitration, and the trial procedures.

Third, with regard to cases concerning applying for enforcement of arbitral awards, it stipulated the level jurisdiction for enforcement of arbitral awards, the coordination of procedures for enforcement of arbitral awards and nullification of arbitral awards.
