The Administrative Regulations on the Release of Hazardous Substances Information on the Internet entered into force on 1 Mar. 2015.

There are 16 articles in total, which aim to supervise the information of production, operation, storage and use of hazardous substances published on the Internet, including, inter alia, types, performances, uses and professional services of hazardous substances.

The above hazardous substances include: guns and ammunition, explosives, highly toxic chemicals, explosive chemicals and other dangerous chemicals, radioactive materials, nuclear materials, controlled devices and other articles that may endanger personal safety and property safety.
