The Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the “Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry” to Develop the Industrial Internet were issued on 19 Nov. 2017.

The Opinions are divided into 4 parts, which aim to make China achieve the following goals: (1)To basically establish an infrastructure and industrial system with international competitiveness by the year 2025; (2)To have an internationally leading industrial Internet infrastructure and platform by the year 2035; and (3)To make the overall strength of China’s industrial Internet infrastructure world-leading, which can provide comprehensive support to the economic and social development by the middle of this century.
