Judge Xi Xiangyang(奚向阳)of China’s Supreme People’s Court

Judge Xi Xiangyang is a Senior Judge of the Second Rank. He was appointed as a judge of SPC in 2006 and worked at the Fourth Civil Division before he became a Presiding Judge of the First Circuit Court of the SPC in December 2016.

He started his judicial career in July 1992 and was appointed as a judge of Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court in 1994.Judge Xi majored in Civil and Commercial law at Renmin University of China. He obtained a Master degree of Law. From September 2001 to September 2002, he studied at the University of London, UK.
