Judge Gao Xiaoli (高晓力) of China’s Supreme People’s Court

Gao Xiaoli is a judge of China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC). She works at the SPC’s 4th Civil Division, and also serves as a judge of China International Commercial Court (CICC).
Judge Gao majored in international law at the University of International Business and Economics, China. She obtained a Doctor Degree of Law. She studied at the University of Montreal, Canada, from September 1999 to July 2000.
Judge Gao has worked at the SPC since July 1994, starting in the Economic Division, and subsequently the 4th Civil Division and the First Circuit Court. In September 2017, she was appointed as Deputy Director of the 4th Civil Division.
