China’s New Version of National Administrative Regulations Database Launched

On 26 July 2023, the new version of the National Administrative Regulations Database (hereinafter the “Database”) was officially launched on the website of China’s Ministry of Justice (MOJ), providing online access, search and download services to the public.

As of the launch date, the Database contains 601 currently effective administrative regulations and 528 texts of revisions of previous versions.

According to Chinese law, the administrative regulations published in this Database are the official versions of national administrative regulations.

The Database can be accessed at http://xzfg.moj.gov.cn/.
