China Publishes Export Control List 2022

On 31 Dec. 2021, China’s Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued the “Catalogue of Goods Subject to Export License Administration (2022)” (出口许可证管理货物目录(2022年)).

According to Chinese laws, China implements quota management for restricted export goods and license management for other restricted export goods.

For the implementation of license management of restricted export goods, an exporter is required to apply for export licenses.
