In August 2023, China’s Supreme People’s Court(SPC) issued the “Guiding Opinions on Strengthening and Standardizing the Work of Elevated Jurisdiction and Retrial of Cases” (关于加强和规范案件提级管辖和再审提审工作的指导意见).
