Red Flag with Five Stars is the national flag of the People’s Republic of China.

The red color of the flag symbolizes revolution. Five five-pointed stars on the flag and their relationship stand for the great unity of the revolutionary people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC).[1]

China's National Flag

In China, the national flag and its design shall not be used as a trademark, or in designs or commercial advertisements for which patent rights are granted, shall not be arbitrarily discarded, and shall not be allowed to be insulted in a public place by anyone who intentionally burns, mutilates, scrawls on, tarnishes or tramples upon it.
